Great farm, very family friendly, so many animals to pet and they don't charge you to feed the animals.

Walk-through had many nicely carved jack-o-lanterns, fall and Halloween decors on display. Trick-or-treating along the walk-through was great for the kids but it took their attention away from seeing all the jack-o-lanterns on display. Hay ride was extra $3/person. A bit disappointing as majority of ride was in the dark until maybe the last 20 seconds where there was cool lighting in the woods.

This was a great experience for our family versus the traditional pumpkin patch adventure. The kids loved the animals and face painting. The pumpkin carvings were amazing. If I had to offer suggestions they would be for the hayride to be a little more exciting since we paid extra for it, a couple more vendors would have been nice and the walkways could offer a little more light for the littles. About Green Meadows Petting Farm

In 1964, Bob and Coni Keyes decided to transform their 80-acre hog farm in Waterford, Wisconsin into something brand new: pick-your-own vegetables and raspberry farm. Inspired by their own 13 children, they decided to gear the experience toward families and kids. It wasn't long before the operation expanded to include interactions with their animals, and the farm became a destination where children could come to experience agriculture and farm life. Eventually the Keyes' children grew up and left the nest, but that they didn't necessarily leave the family business. Instead, many decided to start their own petting farms in their new towns—which is how Green Meadows started in Ijamsville.
