GRIT Fitness was born out of Brittani Rettig's belief that both achieving one's fitness goals and success in life require perseverance and passion. Her hand-selected team of instructors lead intense fitness classes which incorporate music. The goal of the classes is for the participants to gain not only physical strength, but also the kind of strength that helps make it through challenges in life.
