Made a 3:30 appt. The merchant asked if I could come at 3:40 as that would be better for them. I agreed. I arrived right at 3:40 and The place was closed when I arrived. Called the business number - was told the masseuse would return in 5min. Ended up waiting outside for 14min before someone arrived. Had somewhere to be at 5pm which I ended up arriving to late. Massage was OK.

When I arrived and showed coupon they did not know what the coupon was for. Said they do not have Liv Social coupons. I was confused and they did not understand English. Someone came out from the back and looked at it and said take the coupon.
Then when done to leave and they looked again and said it was for a different massage and I owed $20! I was pretty mad at this point but paid and tipped. Would NEVER go back!!!
