Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the ride to the Everglades?

The drive takes approximately 35 to 55 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Where do I park?

We do not manage parking. We recommend parking in the public garage, which costs $1 per hour for the first 5 hours, and $10 for any time exceeding 5 hours. Hotel parking is available but is pricier than the public garage.

Is the tour exactly five hours?

The 5-hour duration includes the time from departure until drop-off. The active tour time is around 4.5 to 5 hours depending on traffic.

What if I want to Uber myself to the park?

No personal or rideshare vehicles are permitted inside the park. A free shuttle is provided to transport guests into the park.
