Hartford Flavor Company’s founders, Tom and Lelaneia Dubay, started out making cranberry liqueur as gifts for friends. In time they began experimenting with new flavors, and demand for their sweetened tinctures exploded. Today, they produce a variety of botanically infused liqueurs, letting professional mixologists and home-brewed bartenders create a wealth of innovative mixed drinks.
