This holistic health clinic treats its customers with acupuncture and cupping, two of many methods used by traditional Chinese medicine. Many people may wonder if acupuncture can help resolve their health issues, that's why Mia, the owner, offers free 15-minute consultations to answer questions and clear up any doubts. Mia was raised in Minnesota. While attending college, she got a stomach ulcer and she couldn't find any Western doctor that would be able to help. Acupuncture turned out to be the solution to her problem. After that, she enrolled at Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated summa cum laude from their Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine master's program. She's proud of becoming a Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, as well as having an acupuncture license and Basic Life Support certification.
