About HEAVY REEL BREWING CO.
OUR STORY We got started in Seaside in 2018. There were a lot of spots he looked at back when he was just brewing on a little 2.5BBL system but settled in Seaside because it felt like the right fit. A little bit pretty, and a little bit of an edge... quintessential Jersey. We operated out of that space, gaining recognition within the industry as a brewer that was ready to push the envelope and make beer that made people scratch their heads but before they knew it they were ordering another pour.
Since then, we've opened up a significantly larger production space a few blocks away from the original location. We've gained a few team members, and we're making a bit more beer but we all still have the same ethos... keep pushing the envelope.
