• No shows will be charged a $50
• Helicopters Northwest would make the cancellation determination if weather is problematic.
• Operation tours in all safe & legally flyable weather conditions including rain, wind and low clouds.
• The maximum weight per seat is 280 lbs., 580lbs total for the 3 passengers. Individuals may be required to be weighed prior to flight.
• All tours have a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 3 passengers. Single individuals may book a tour by paying for 2 passengers.​
• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to helicopter and pilot availability
• Flights may be cancelled by Helicopters Northwest at any time due to maintenance issues or weather conditions
