I chose Hera's because my usual esthetician is out of town. Great customer service. She was meticulous in getting every hair and I appreciated it. Needless to say, I now have a new esthetician. 🙂

I’ve been getting waxes for over 10yrs and this was the most painful. The way she gripped my skin was painful and usually they’ll give you a countdown before the pull so you can brace yourself, & she never did that. I kept asking her too but she didn’t listen. Also after they pull they sometimes press down on your skin to ease the pain. I kept asking her to do that but she would rarely do that it.
