As many patients appreciate, there are no time-wasting Discovery Calls, also known as “The 20-Minute Sales Pitch.” An appointment with a naturopathic doctor is treated with the same importance as a visit to a medical doctor. The entire appointment is focused on the patient—their concerns, health history, and goals. By the end of the first meeting, patients gain meaningful insights and clear steps toward achieving their health goals, with the confidence of knowing they have been truly heard.

The journey to vibrant wellness begins with a 90-minute appointment. During this time, the naturopathic doctor explores health history, nutrition, exercise, and emotional and mental well-being. Together with the patient, the root causes of imbalance are identified, and a personalized wellness plan is crafted to meet specific needs. Customized herbal recommendations, individualized nutrition guidance, stress support, and holistic lifestyle practices are all included.

After the appointment, clients receive their Program Welcome Box (depending on the chosen program), a Customized Holistic Binder, and herbal supplements or recommendations. Initial packages are shipped overnight within 48 business hours of the appointment. CMP labs are also ordered in advance of the visit (included in the cost of care).
