Place is to dirty, would spend the extra money and get alignment from somewhere nicer. Smells like dog in the waiting room. Customer service isn't great either.

I visited Horizon first time and I found them very professional and skilled. They fixed my car issue and shared a great insight. Workshop managers and auto-enginers are very very friendly.

Super nice crew. Don’t hesitate to call him and name your price… hard to find that kind of service nowadays but you can tell the owner works with people and can accommodate budgets. Nice guy 👍🏼

It was very difficult to get ahold of anyone at Horizon Tire in order to schedule an appointment. Many, many phonecalls were made and unanswered and there was no option to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back. Also, when my son arrived with the car this morning, everything was locked up and dark. He had to walk around the building to find someone who either was working on a vehicle or arrived later than the appointment start time. The oil change itself was fine, although a little long at over an hour, but scheduling wasn't the best experience.

No problem. I was a few minutes late for my appointment, but they quickly took and serviced my vehicle. I will be a regular.

The absolute best service I have ever had for an oil change. So polite, so kind, visited with me while I was waiting, such a nice place in Ham Lake.
