Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I choose to focus on the fundamentals whether practicing Massage or CranioSacral Therapy: creating a safe, non-judgmental, empathic space where I connect with the client with a grounded presence and support the healing processes of their body. I am often considered the top therapist at my prior place of employ (Healing Hands in Media, PA) among over 30 therapists during the 10 years that I have had the privilege of working there. My B.A. in Biology, study of Nonviolent Communication, Restorative Practices, Qigong, Reiki and Healing from the Core have all informed my practice. I have moved to Harrisburg to follow my heart and join my partner, Rachel Benbow, at The Roots of Health. While my full book of regular client's in Media are sad to see me go, they wish me well in creating a new healing space in Harrisburg.
