About Infamous Brewing Company

Four friends and nine months. That's what it took to create the foundation of Infamous Brewing Company. Even though those four friends were from different parts of the country and different professional backgrounds, they each had a common love of craft beer and a common way of enjoying it: together with friends and family, for any occasion big or small. So they left their careers, headed to the bustling beer scene of Austin, and built their brewhouse piece by piece from the ground up. The result? An operation that not only churns out award-winning brews, but also instills those brews with a personable touch.

Infamous offers a selection of eight different beers. Here's a quick look at a few you may find on draft:

• Hijack Untraditional Cream Ale: Two-row and pilsner malts combine with traditional hops to create a more aggressive version of a cream ale. (5.5% ABV)

• India Pale Ale: in every glass of Infamous IPA there's a battle between Warrior and Tomahawk hops. The result? A characteristically hoppy freshness on a base of malted barleys. (7% ABV)

• Bugsy's Fire Brush Amber: Roasted Crystal malts lend a slightly smokey flavor that lies below a light, hoppy profile. (5.5% ABV)
