Groupon does not collect or process this fee Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a client cancels, their deposit is forfeited, and they must pay a new deposit to rebook. No-shows are charged between 50% and 100% of the service price, depending on whether they called. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment incurs a 50% fee. However, this fee is applied towards the rescheduled service. Clients rescheduling within the 48-hour cancellation window must rebook with a new deposit.
