Choose Between Two Options

Boot-camp classes build stronger, lither bodies through a blend of free-weight and plyometric exercises. Students work in a group as they power through workouts that include pushing weight sleds, sprints, and exercise balls. Classes are held at 6 a.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. Monday–Friday.

Jake typically warms up clients with light weight and resistance work that puts the body in the fat-burning zone, then unleashes a slew of strength and core-conditioning exercises to build lean muscle and improve endurance.
