His boutique style studio delivers a comprehensive, full body, cardio and resistance workout that will burn calories in just 45 minutes. With a state of the art sound system and qualified trainers, you will get the personal attention, education and motivation of a personal training session, with the advantage of being part of the JTM FIT community.
