Reservation required. All Sales Final. Younger than 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservation required at JamNola.com. Please be on time for your reservation. If you miss your tour time, reservation is no longer valid. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for any reservation changes or cancellations. Rescheduling fees apply. Valid only for option purchased. Online Redemption only. Tickets are valid for kids 3-12 and Adults 13+. Free admission for children under 3. Not valid for special events. Your reservation is only valid for the date and time you book for. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter JAMNOLA unless capacity allows. If you are late or miss your tour time you will need to reschedule and rebooking fees apply. Timed ticketing requires you to be early or exactly on time for your tour. If you wish to change your reservation with less than 24 hours' notice you will be subject to pay $5/ person on your reservation. There is a $10 / person rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 2 hours of your tour time or miss your tour time all together. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to [email protected]. Please be on time for your reservation. Give yourself enough time to account for Uber drivers getting lost, traffic and anything else that could happen.
