What We Offer
Groupon vouchers to book JAMNOLA admission for groups of one, two, four, eight, or ten adults & children ages 3 & up. (Children under 3 are free!)

This voucher is not a ticket. Walk-ins with a Groupon are not permitted.
You must redeem your voucher online in advance at
jamnola.com to reserve your timed-entry tickets. No exceptions.
Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. It may take up to 24 hours for Groupon to issue your voucher.
Once your Groupon is purchased, you’ll receive booking instructions in your confirmation email.

JAMNOLA stands for Joy, Art, Music – New Orleans and takes audiences of all ages on a topsy-turvy stroll through the cultural gems that make the city so special. Enjoy 29 exhibits celebrating the iconic art, music and theatrics of New Orleans, brought to life by over 100 local artists and collaborators.

Visitor Info
- Vouchers valid for guests ages 3 and up
- Children under 3 are free
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian
- For groups larger than 10, we suggest booking back-to-back time slots (10 minutes apart)

- Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Friday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Reservation & Rescheduling Policies
- Your reservation is only valid for the date and time you booked
- Late arrivals will not be admitted unless capacity allows
- Missed reservations may be rescheduled for a $10 per person rebooking fee
- Changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $5 per person fee
- All change requests must be sent to info@jamnola.com

Reservation required. All Sales Final. 24-hour advanced reservation required; not valid for same-day redemption. Younger than 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservation required at JamNola.com. Please be on time for your reservation. If you miss your tour time, reservation is no longer valid. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for any reservation changes or cancellations. Rescheduling fees apply. Valid only for option purchased. Online Redemption only. Tickets are valid for kids 3-12 and Adults 13+. Free admission for children under 3. Not valid for special events. Your reservation is only valid for the date and time you book for. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter JAMNOLA unless capacity allows. If you are late or miss your tour time you will need to reschedule and rebooking fees apply. Timed ticketing requires you to be early or exactly on time for your tour. If you wish to change your reservation with less than 24 hours' notice you will be subject to pay $5/ person on your reservation. There is a $10 / person rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 2 hours of your tour time or miss your tour time all together. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to info@jamnola.com. Please be on time for your reservation. Give yourself enough time to account for Uber drivers getting lost, traffic and anything else that could happen.
