Founded in 2008, Jayadevi Arts is a non-profit organization that aims to preserve, celebrate, and present the art and culture of Indo-Caribbean communities living in Florida. The organization strives to stimulate artistic pursuits amongst older and younger generations by preparing year-round workshops between tradition bearers, scholars, and young students.
But this is not the end of the story for Jayadevi Arts. The organization also leads events and dance classes that share the joy of dance with the students. Classes are kept small so that instructors can give personalized care and advice to every attendant.
