About Jersey Girl Brewing
Formed in 2014 and opened to the public in April of 2016 by friends and craft-beer lovers Charles Aaron and Mike Bigger, Jersey Girl Brewing prides itself on producing quality, local New Jersey craft beers. They chose to build the brewery in their home town of Mount Olive New Jersey to brew the beers that they love and want to drink. For Chuck and Mike, this is a place where visitors come to sample beers from their broad selection served across 10 taps. Check out a few you may find on tap at the Hackettstown spot.
King Gambrinus: This hazy, golden Belgian-style ale is strong and bold. Rich imported malts and Belgian Yeast lead to an exciting complexity of flavor. Herbal and fruity notes dance around your palate, ending with a smooth, dry finish. (ABV- 10.0% – Belgian Tripel)
Rake Breaker: Tropical New England Style IPA with Mosaic and Amarillo. Hazy, fresh, and incredibly drinkable. A tornado of tropical hops will be sure to break your perception of traditional bitter IPAs. (ABV- 6.5% - NE Style IPA)
Sun Kissed Citra : This hazy, oated IPA is a silky citrus bomb. Hopped with loads of Citra and complimented with a soft piney touch of Centennial. A sweet orange nose, paired with citrus and tropical flavors together with a warming finish create a highly drinkable beer! (ABV - 5.5% - NE Style IPA)
