Very courteous, professional and helpful! I brought in 4 watches to have the batteries replaced. They were done while I was shopping and were finished when I returned. I wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to others, too.

Yuliya, and the owner Juan, were both extremely knowledgeable, so I ended up having a very special necklace repaired, along with the watch battery replacements. I'll also be returning for some repair work on my 47 year old wedding and engagement ring set. I'd definitely recommend Jewelry Loft!
