1. Use the Groupon mobile app to access the voucher barcode. Printing it out is not necessary.
2. Activate your Groupon voucher by sending an email to hello@jiarenyogastudio.com. Attach the Groupon voucher in PDF format, which should contain a barcode or a 6-8 digit code. Include all the required information, such as your full name and phone number, to avoid any delays in the redemption process.
3. Please allow 2 business days for the studio to create your student account and add the Groupon paid pass to it. Once this is completed, you will have the ability to manage your class bookings independently. Note that the studio does not make class bookings for you through phone calls or emails.
4. Wait for the studio to set up your student account and confirm the redemption. In the confirmation email, you will find detailed information regarding the Groupon ticket policy that you need to follow. The studio aims to complete this process within 2 business days after receiving all the required information.
5. RSVP in advance for all classes, as walk-ins are not permitted. Due to limited operational capacity, the studio cannot accommodate last-minute requests for voucher redemption.
6. If you do not receive a response to your email within 2 business days, it is recommended to send a follow-up email to inquire about the status of your redemption.
7. Adhere to the rules and policies of the studio to ensure effective communication and a seamless experience.
8. Keep in mind that contacting the studio via phone will not expedite the redemption process. For any inquiries or updates, rely on email communication to maintain a record of your interactions.
