Fitness goes far beyond just making you look good, it improves your health and well being, quality of life and self esteem. Im not one to waste time so every exercise I choose is goal specific, effective and efficient. i have trained award winning powerlifters, proathletes and bikini competitors.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a state champion powerlifter and was a bodybuilder when I was younger. Fitness and helping others has always been my passion.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to work doing what I love, lifting weights.
