At Johns Creek Yoga we believe that yoga is a vehicle for transformation of body, mind, and spirit
The philosophy of Johns Creek Yoga is that, regardless of whether students attend classes to attain spiritual peace, physical harmony, or stress-free quietude, practicing yoga always transforms a person’s body, mind and spirit. During classes, knowledgeable and well-traveled instructors⎯all certified by the National Yoga Alliance⎯lead students through a variety of yoga poses. Beginning and advanced yogis are welcome.
