The center seems a little weird, in that you never receive documentation of your visit or pre/post visit instructions on paper, or even on a patient portal. I later began to enjoy my treatments but I felt that the ILipo did not personally benefit me much. I would hear other customers ask the staff, what do I need to do, during their treatment, as if the procedures weren’t not thoroughly explained

I've only had my first laser treatment, but was very pleased with the customer service and the wealth of information she gave. I have had laser treatment before and was barely given any information at a different place. I am glad I made the decision to come to Junin Laser Spa. I already feel so comfortable there.
