The instructor was not very friendly when I came in. When you come to a class I expect to be greeted like you want someone to come back. She didn't even introduce herself to me. I didn't last 10 minutes (its not a good class for beginners) and the instructor said something that was very unprofessional to another student that was directed towards me. I didn't have a good experience.

LaWanda is a perfect instructor for this type of workout! She has fun teaching the course and will make you want to work as hard as her. You will sweat like crazy and worth every minute of the class!

The class is so of fun I've taken it prior and its been some years but this instructor is great. Great if your trying to build up endurance and an all over body workout.

I had such a fantastic time with instructor, LaWanda! She was great at explaining how to use the jumping shoes, proper body positioning, basic choreography, and what not to do. But my favorite part was her energy and excitement. I could tell she loves doing what she does and I had such a blast joining her class. I highly recommend to everyone!

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are Atlanta's exclusive provider of Kangoo Jumps group fitness classes and Georgia's authorized distributor of Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep reminding them that even the hardest workout routine gets easier with consistency. We encourage our clients to push beyond their comfort zones.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to give people that have joint pain a way to work out with extreme jumping and intensity without feeling any joint stress. I also want to offer "cardio junkies" a way to increase the intensity of their workouts.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people change their bodies for the better without drugs. I personally love being able to jump and run without joint pain.
