Appointments may be canceled through the booking confirmation email by selecting "Manage My Appointments". Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. All outstanding fees must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. If the payment method is declined, booking privileges may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as a no-call, no-show, charged a 50% fee, and may be restricted from making future bookings.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking an appointment, clients authorize the merchant to charge the card on file for applicable late cancellation and no-show fees.
