Kasara Spa did not have space available for us on the days I was going to be in Las Vegas. When I explained why we were going to be there they went completely out of their way to satisfy my needs and to make sure we were going to feel great (which we did) out on the town celebrating birthday. They also wishes me a Happy birthday by text message
