Awful! They charge additional $78 for stairs and didn’t even do the entire house! The guy shows up on time and performs 30 minutes of work! Not recommend

The young man who came to clean the carpet was very quick and efficient. He did his job with professionalism and excellence. I was extremely impressed with his work. He removed the stains in the carpet and got rid of the pet smell.
I would highly recommend this service and company to everyone!

The two young gentlemen that came to my house were very respectful and worked efficiently. They did not try to sell me things that were not necessary. However, did show me pictures and provided recommendations as well as advise me of additional services that the company offers, which I especially appreciate as a new homeowner being informed to make the best decision possible for me and my family. I will be contacting them for carpet and chemical treatments in the near future. It was a pleasure working with you all!

Horrible customer service and are rude. Waiting on reschedule. They don’t help with moving any furniture so make sure all is put away somewhere. Give you 10 min to move everything because the guy said their machine will get damage if they wait any longer.
