What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

48+ Hours Notice: Cancel 48 hours or more before your tour for a full refund

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless we refill your seats

No-shows and late arrivals: Refunds aren't available but well try to reschedule based on availability.

Weather and Emergencies

Ocean Safety First: If we need to cancel because of high surf, strong winds, or unsafe conditions, you'll always have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Medical or Personal Emergencies: We completely understand that unexpected things happen. With documentation, well do our best to find a fair and caring solution.

Guest Guidelines

Minimum Age: Guests must be 4 years or older to join. Parent swapping options. Call for information.

Check-In: Please arrive at least 45 minutes to the check in location before departure so we can get you checked in and out on the water smoothly. If you arrive late and miss your tour, we will do our best to get you on a later tour the same or another night based on availability. Refunds will not be issued if you miss your tour time and cannot reschedule.
