This traditional style of kung fu has been passed down from the Shaolin Temple dating back to its inception @ the year 1640. It is very self-defense oriented, in close, art that all ages can learn. There are only 2 locations in the world one can learn this unique style. Troy, OH and Charlotte, NC.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Passing down the art of Lai Tung Pai to future generations

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing new, never thought I could do before, skills acquired by the kids and the adults alike.
