The Krav Maga Illinois schedule offers back to back classes in Krav Maga and Boxing. Kids aged 10 to 14 meet on Wednesdays and Saturdays, adults ages 15 to infinity can enjoy classes throughout the week and weekends. Though the studio specializes in combatives (punches, kicks, knees, etc.) and self-defense techniques, other classes include Boxing and Heavy Bag Classes.
