• Adult Heels:

  • Learn basic techniques and movements specifically designed for dancing in heels
  • Improve your balance, posture, and body alignment
  • Build strength and coordination through structured exercises

  • Bring knee pads, water, and your favorite dancing heels
  • Class is 2 hours

• 3 Adult Class Pass:

  • Choose from 3 adult classes offered that month
  • Learn from top instructors in the area
  • Bring water and a towel
  • Classes range from 45 minutes to 2 hours each
