Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of scheduled treatment. Missed appointments or "no-shows" will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Late arrival may limit the ability to offer the full treatment. Late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and customers are responsible for payment for the full service. $5 service charge will be applied to all the services.
