Mozzarella Making Demonstration An Instructor-led-class. Will show you how to make cheese from start to finish.

• The Experience Typically Includes:

  • A demonstration on the traditional process of cheese-making. Other types of cheeses will also be discussed.

• Wine Tasting and Pairing

  • A full flight of our Wines will be poured for each person. After the tasting, you will be able to select a bottle of wine to be shared (one per groupon).

• Food & Instruction

  • A charcuterie board consisting of artisan cheese, meats and fruit for each couple, can be enjoyed with your bottle of wine while the demonstration takes place.
  • At the conclusion of the demonstration, a Margherita style pizza will be made with fresh mozzarella to be enjoyed by all. You won’t leave this class hungry!
