What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
LanLabs was born from a manufacturing background, building some of the most powerful computers and servers available. Our computer service techniques stem from a desire to quickly and reliably service our own machines - not gouge customers.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We simply wanted better computers and internet way back in the late 90's. Our first venture in 2001 / 2002 was opening a 10,000sqft internet cafe on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Turns out we were good at what we did - So we still do it to this day!
What do you love most about your job?
Everyday is a challenge. One day is an emergency at a medical facility with mission critical objectives, the next I am building a world-class gaming computer for a professional gamer. Today I am filling our a Groupon - WHATS NEXT!?
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One of my customers is a world champion for barbeque and made us dinner. Nothing more to say...
