Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments booked within 24 hours may be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the appointment without penalty. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled. If the client does not arrive or contact the business within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services.
