Come and taste the origin story of Bourbon at this official Craft stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail!
This 25–60 minute experience explores the history of bourbon and how it came to be during the era of river journeys through the heart of our country.
You'll sample bourbons not available anywhere else, then combine them in the end to make a perfectly balanced small-batch bourbon. Dessert will be a sampling of a tasting-room-only single-barrel bourbon.
The tasting itself is built to be a sensory experience—mastering the art of nosing a whisky and exploring the aromas, flavors, and mouthfeel of craft bourbon.
The stories will be a "choose your own adventure" as we can spend the time focused on whiskies, the history of bourbon, the history of commerce down American rivers, or wherever the chat takes us. Comfortable seating in an intimate setting is perfect for group outings, date nights, or anyone wanting to explore more of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
Whether this is your first tasting or you're making your way through the entire Kentucky Bourbon Trail, you're going to learn something new and taste something delightful.

Tasting Schedule
Tastings start at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. The experience lasts approximately 20 to 55 minutes.
