About Light Health Center
At Light Health Center, a team of experts that includes certified acupuncturists and massage therapists work together to help clients find balance in their busy lives. The center's signature services include meridian massage—also known as tui na—during which, muscles and connective tissues are manipulated at precise points along the body in order to improve energy flow and bring possible relief from ailments such as anxiety and headaches. Those hoping to rid their body of toxins, meanwhile, might try fire cupping, which uses a combination of heat and suction to promote blood flow and encourage waste removal.
