Love the staff and the classes there! Malay and Nicole are super nice and they give energizing sessions suitable for beginners on Saturday mornings. This has become our favorite way to start the weekend!!

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of yoga. I gave a try years ago but never got engaged. I just joined my partner and gave another try to please him. I Had my first session and l loved it. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, the place, the space and the vinyasa yoga session with Erika. From now, I will add these yoga sessions to my weekly sportive routine.
