Appointment Details

Please allow approximately 45 minutes for the new patient consultation, exam, and adjustment. The massage session is 30 minutes and includes time for dressing/undressing and answering any questions you may have for the therapist. You may book both sessions on the same day or split the package into two separate visits. Please make sure to book each component separately, as services will only be rendered for the appointment booked.

Eligibility Requirements

This package is valid for new patients only (defined as 3 years or greater since your last visit). Voucher is valid for patients aged 18 and older.

Availability & Hours

An appointment must be made in advance. Chiropractic services are available Monday–Thursday. Massage services are available Monday–Wednesday. Please see the merchant's website for current hours of operation.

How to Book

When booking your first visit, please call the office at 916-488-8307 to provide your voucher information. Online booking is available for established patients only.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice for cancellation is required. Failure to provide notice at least 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the voucher.

Insurance Information

If you have health insurance that covers chiropractic care, you may use it for subsequent visits. A list of in-network plans is available upon request.
