He was very friendly and called when he was on his way. My actual appointment was supposed to be on Wednesday but no call no show. I called him on Thursday to find out when he coming and wound up coming Thursday evening.

Doug came today to inspect the air conditioner. He was extremely thorough in his job. He is very detail oriented and explained to me everything he was doing. I will be having him come back in the fall to do the furnace next!!!

Contacted Otto and he sent someone out on the day & time I requested. The person who did my A/C tune up was very nice as well as thorough, knowledgable and answered all my questions. I would definately use Lolich again.
