Day Valet parking is included (not the parking garage). Please bring your vehicle to the main drive to leave with the Guest Services team. Pass by the Concierge when you are ready to head to the Spa. *During November-May, Saturday Pool Passes are not available; Between June-October, Saturday Pool Passes are available for $15 per person. Every other day the Pool is complimentary with this package. Subject to blackout dates please inquire with the spa receptionist at the time of booking. These are call to book appointments. Please have your redemption code ready to provide to Lorelei Spa. Same-day reservations are not guaranteed. • Lorelei is a dry spa; we do not offer locker facilities or wet amenities like a sauna or steam room, etc. We require 24-hours’ notice to move or cancel an appointment. If not received, the voucher will be forfeited. If you schedule an appointment and for whatever reason decide to refund your voucher, kindly notify the Spa. Otherwise, we will charge a cancellation fee based on retail value if not given 24 hours’ notice. A government-issued photo is required for all guests who are having a massage service. We offer deals for Couples OR Signature (1 person). Kindly note which package you are considering. For those who are expecting, we need to be notified prior to scheduling the appointment. Guests must at least be past their 1st trimester or have a physician’s note approving of the massage service. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. We ask that you have the Redemption Code, and credit or card information available to guarantee the service. Reservations must be made in advance; vouchers will not be accepted day of at the venue. All services are subject to availability. Limit 4 per person.
