Lorelei Spa Policies

• Age Requirement Guests must be over 18 years old to receive spa services
• Cancellation Policy A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the Groupon voucher. A credit card is required to guarantee appointments
• 24% Service Charge A 24% service charge (based on full retail value) is added at checkout and covers therapist gratuity. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is at the guests discretion
• Cash-Free Property Sunseeker Resorts operates as a cash-free property
• Check-In Please arrive 20 minutes early and check in with the concierge desk in the main lobby. Inform them you are a spa guest and you will be escorted to the elevators
• Treatment time cannot be extended for late arrivals, out of courtesy to other guests and staff
