Our Hot Stone Table is great as an individual service but is even better when combined with your massage service!
The best part is you get lay down, relax and let the sauna do the work! Our sauna is a lay down sauna with a pod like appearance that allows you to keep your head out of the heat to provide maximum comfort and is embedded with heated stones. It can help with pain reduction, promote skin health, increase brain function, lower inflammation as well as reduce stress and fatigue.
Combine it with your massage for maximum results!
**Please Note: When booking a massage/sauna combo it will only show the massage duration as the sauna is in a separate room. Robes and sandals are provided for a comfortable transition from the massage service room to the sauna room.
Cupping:
During this session, we use massage tools that create a sealed suction over specific areas to help achieve a deep tissue release. Great for pain relief, releasing locked up muscles, providing relaxation and tension release. Also, it can help with scar tissue reduction, pain relief, and increased mobility.
