Consultations can be scheduled at the Greensburg or Pittsburgh Mills offices.

Surgery Location

All LASIK procedures are performed at the Greensburg location (6291 Route 30, Greensburg, PA).

Appointment & Deposit

An appointment is required. A $25 deposit is required to book and will be refunded after service is provided.

Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. The deposit is kept if you do not show for your appointment.

Eligibility & Refunds

A consultation is required before surgery. If you are found to be ineligible, you will be refunded.
