Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires.
Limit 1 per person. May be repurchased every 365 days. Promotional value expires 6 months after purchase. Limit 1 per visit. 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24-hours’ advance notice you will be charged 50% Booking Fee. This will be charged at time of cancellation or amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For pre-paid holders, this would count as ½ a session. Gift Certificates, eGift Cards or vouchers holders, it would count for ½ of the value of the service scheduled would be deducted from the Gift Certificate. Same day cancellation, will be charged 50% of the service fee. No exceptions!
