Told me they only had another product neither Botox or Dysport in stock. I reluctantly proceeded. Two weeks later one side of my face is drooping relative to the overly injected other side. I sent photos to the spa to show them and they acknowledged that it was botched. Their only resolution was for me to come back for more injections (of course, I wouldnt put my face in their hands again!). Unwilling to resolve through a refund. It will be at least 2 months before my face returns to normal.

I like natural looking results, and that’s what this wonderful place delivers. No trying to talk you into invasive procedures or pressuring you into more than you want — it’s so refreshing! The staff is friendly, professional and skilled, and I highly recommend MD Spa and Wellness to anyone and everyone looking for quality service at very fair prices!
