Erica is a gem!! She takes her time. Makes you feel very comfortable and embodies what it means to take care of her clients. The Carbon laser facial was FANTASTIC! I experienced intant smoothness and glow. My skin is radiant and this is day 1!! She educated me on the process and expected results. 5 days from now is when it's supposed to really show its magic. I look forward to my next appt.
