I specfically asked when I made the appointment if they would be able to speak English and was told yes. When they showed up, neither one of them spoke a work of English. I wanted them to only clean the downstairs because I knew they would not have time to do the entire house in 8 hours. No such luck, they cleaned upstairs, even after telling them not to and didn't finish the downstairs.

Terrible cleaning.
Late over 1hr without calling. Rags are not washed but used everywhere. I found cat hair inside my microwave. Appliances not wiped outside. No vacuum so my carpets were not cleaned. Floor wasn’t mopped properly with patches still dirty in every room. Dusting with dirty rags. Furniture moved all over my living room and not put back in place. Mirrors dirty.

I was so disappointed at the horrible unfinished job the 2 women did in our home! I never experienced unprofessional cleaning like this:( The women left a mess everywhere after I asked them to dust, and they did not vacuum nor follow any other direction I told them to please do! I was so sad to see the house after I came back leaving my daughter to tip them after they were done ( I had an appt).

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our inspiration came from our home. When looking for a detailed cleaning company, we could not find a anyone that was as detailed as we needed. After trying several companies and not having any luck, we started Maid For Help. We clean every home as if were were cleaning our own.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our customers happy. Coming from a family where both parents work and having 3 kids, we understand the importance of having a clean home.

The best feedback we have ever received was a customer letting us know that we exceeded their expectations and would recommend us. That we were on time, honest and professional.
